Job Summary:
We are seeking a sophisticated development manager who can be responsible for the full lifecycle development of Solar project and Energy storage projects from scratch.
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Solar and Energy storage project development
Responsible for the preliminary development of commercial rooftop solar projects and both user-side and grid-side energy storage projects.
Search and survey for the project resource, complete site selection, on-site surveys, compliance checks, complete the A1 project development form and preliminary feasibility assessments;
Establish and maintain strong public relations with local governments, landowners and other channel partners;
2. Investment analysis & business negotiation
Collect all required information for internal investment team to calculate IRR and conduct legal review.
Lead project negotiations with landowners and other related partners, and prepare the draft of the contract terms in EMC.
3. Permit processing and coordination
Coordinate internal and external resources, leading the process for the administrative permits, approvals.
4. Policy research and market analysis
Closely monitor solar and energy storage policies and share with the investment team.
Analyze regional market policy and adjust development strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical engineering, energy and power.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ development experience in new energy industry, with a proven track record of independently and successfully developing projects.
3. Familiar with the development process, industry policies/regulations, familiar with project investment models, like IRR.
4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of independently handling high-level business negotiations.
5. Result-oriented, able to adapt to frequent travel and high-intensity work pace.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Accountant to support finance operations across 9 European countries. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling procurement to pay process, bank settlements within the MICROSOFT DYNAMIC system, and managing travel and expense reimbursement.
Main Job Responsibilities
1. Purchase Requisition (PR) and Vendor Invoice (VI) Processing
Manage PR/VI handling in the financial system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
2. Bank Settlement Management
Conduct bank settlements in MICROSOFT DYNAMIC, maintaining proper records and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures.
3. Travel and Expense Reimbursement Checks
Review travel and expense claims for accuracy and adherence to company policy.
Communicate with employees on reimbursement issues as needed.
4. Month/Quarter/Year-End Closing
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing entries, including accruals, adjustments, and other necessary closing entries.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance operations or accounts payable.
Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
Knowledge of the MICROSOFT DYNAMIC system is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage.
Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
